I went into this store a while ago to look into a new service plan and the person that was helping me out was a total salesman with every cheap line in the book. I am not sure what type of training that they put these associates through, but they might want to look into getting some better courses for them to take before dealing with the public. You might want to call up their help center if you have questions instead. They are less likely to attempt pressuring you into a new service plan.
