This building has just gone under a renovation and was turned into little clean apartments. The prices are extremely low, because the building is government funded. This means that you need to fit a certain financial criteria in order to get in. It is safe with security cameras and a door person that is usually there. It is also right off of the redline, so public transportation is perfect here. A good buy for the area.
