Becoming a first time home owner with Wendy as my agent and adviser was a wonderful and exciting experience. While working with Wendy in search for the perfect place, I found her to be extremely informative, patient, professional and caring. So many weekends were spent looking at various places in my preferred neighborhoods. At each showing, she would ask me about my like and dislike of the place. Then she would take those information, synthesize them, and find out even more potentially promising properties to show me the next time we met. I truly feel that she is a role model in her profession, informing the client with facts; providing answers/documents promptly; and guarding the client's best interest.
