and no, I am not talking about that ridiculous clown from The Simpsons, either. I am talking about the ever elusive perfect bagel, crusty on the outside and doughy on the inside. Bagels this perfect can be eaten by itself, no lox, no cream cheesse, no nothing. And the fact that they do it better for less than the chains is great, too.
