My husband and I just went to the Boulder Chophouse for the first time on Valentine's Day. The atmosphere was very nice. They had a bar area with TV's, but they also had intimate booths and tables. We had excellent service! Our waiter answered all of the questions we had and our drinks were never even close to being empty! I had the best Ceasear salad with huge chunks of fresh parmigiana cheese. For dinner, I had fillet with asparagus and the BEST mashed potatoes in the world! We shared peanut butter pie for dessert and it was so rich, but we couldn't stop eating it! It was a great place to celebrate! We will be back there soon!
