When I dine out, I'm partial to attentive service, white-linen tables and, most of all, absolutely fresh food inventively prepared. So that means that the Market Street Bar & Grill at the Hyatt Regency in Reston Town Center is on my short list as an old but not doddering reliable. At dinner, I love the Tuna Timbale or Lobster and Grits, and for breakfast, it's almost always Pacakes with Bananas.
