Toys R Us can have some pretty awesome clearance sales if you watch out. Their green sticker items can come down drastically. I've picked items like shoes and clothes up cheaper then I could buy second hand. I got the most adorable trycicle that I used as a birthday gift there clearanced out to a super low price. If you check back from time to time you never know what you can pick up super cheap and use as a gift.
