Chipotle is a casual Mexican food restaurant in which your burro is made to order right in front of you. They have different meats, beans and salsas to choose from. Then you let them know if you want cheese, rice, lettuce and other fix-ins. The burros end up pretty big and I definitely can't eat it all at one sitting. The prices are also reasonable.
