The Schoolhouse on Monument Square is a very nice apartment/condiminium building. Literally it is a school house that has been converted into individual dwellings. The entrance shows off its grand art-deco influences. However, the imagination seems to have stopped when it comes to the individual living spaces- too much space is left unusable and too grand in proportion for normal apartment-inhabitants. The parking here is also too pricey- who cares that it's heated? When it's $300/month for C-town, the price is just too much to ask.
