Years ago Clark Dunbar was a furniture store. Now it is more well known for the flooring they sell. They have carpet, area rugs, ceramic, and wooden floors.
We purchased a Serta Perfect Sleeper Kingsized mattress and box spring set from them. We have had nothing but miserable nights sleep since the day we purchased it. We have tried to get the manager of Clark Dunbar to fix the problem with a new mattress or do something to make this one stop sagging. We have very bad nights sleep and when we wake in the morning our backs are hurting. We have sink holes where we have lain.
I can not get Clark Dunbar to replace/repair the matterss. I guess we will just have to sleep uncomfortably until we can afford to replace it. It has a lifetime warranty that includes the no sagging promise. We are told that the store can not do anything about the poor quality matress.
