This restaurant is no longer Ryan's. It is now Fire Mountain! It offers pretty much the same fare as Ryan's and it is buffet style. They have a grill line where you can get fresh grilled steak, sausage, pork, zuchinni, squash, & sweet potatoe slices.
I find the steaks to be good and my husband, being a vegetable lover, like to feast on the vegetable island.
The fresh baked rolls are a plus.
We have had some very poor service here at times but
you get that almost everywhere you go, one time or another.
