My first visit to the spectrum salon was great. The staff was pleasant and my designer gave me an awesome cut; however, on my second visit, not so hot. The staff was still polite but my designer quoted me wrong. I called in a few days before for an estimate, where I was quoted around $50. When I was finished, I was surprised to see that my bill came out to $80. I don’t know how the price jumped $30 within a few days. Another thing I don’t like about salons is when the designers always try to sell you products so they can make a commission. After giving me my high bill, my designer expected me t purchase extra products. Besides the high-priced cut, it was a so-so experience. If you plan on booking a cut at the spectrum make sure you are not surprised when the bill comes.
