I've been to Tea Time a bunch of times. It's right across the street from the Art Institute, and it's a great place to just pop in for some "dessert." The decor is wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful.
I also had dinner there with some friends. It's a bit expensive, and the portions are very small, but the food was very good, and my husband enjoyed tasting different varieties of Vodka
For dinner, I highly recommend reservations.
