Our condensing unit broke down over the weekend. We have home warranty, but they had trouble locating a local service company that would come out and offered to reimburse us if we find such company and pay out of pocket.
We called this company based on the reviews, the person answering the phone asked if we had home warranty and when we explained the situation, he said he's not interested because he won't get paid and HUNG UP with out explanation. We told him that WE, not the home warranty company, will pay, but he chose to be rude and hang up on somebody who was looking for urgent assistance. Don't care how good the technicians are, they have a person who have no common courtesy working the phone, and don't deserve anybody's support.
