This is by far the best company for non-profits who find they have major telecommunication needs.
Last summer I was faced with establishing a computer bank and network for a non-profit organization. Even though the lines were owned by Qwest, I saved about 50% by going through Integra. Not only do they offer a non-profit discount, but they were able to walk me though set up steps over the telephone that Qwest wanted to send somone out and charge me for.
When Qwest had problems with their part of the package and I couldn't get them to fix it, Integra went to bat and pushed Qwest to fix things in a timely fashion. I am convinced that choosing Integra made my life easier for months at work.
