Our Lady of the Lake is a wonderful church to be a member. Especially for a traditional Catholic. The church is small enough that you do not have that "megachurch" feel while being big enough to provide many programs and stewardship opportunities for any parishioner. We started attending off and on when we moved into the area almost 5 years ago (while attending our old church farther away) and officially became members 1 1/2 years ago. Now my husband and I are involved in things like the choir, Faith Formation teaching, Landscape Committee and other programs.
The Priest, Father Stan, and the Deacon, Russ, are wonderful spiritual leaders.. Their words are very spiritual and thoughtful and they get along with everyone.
