My husband was needing a dx procedure done on his truck. He took it in on a scheduled appt. in the midmorning time. By late afternoon, he had not heard anything so he called, they told him to come on in so he had a co-worker drop him off. As they were pulling into the drive, his truck was JUST being taken in to be checked out. They had had his truck for over 4 hours & it was a scheduled appt. Very poor service with no excuse. :(
