I used this comapany for years when I managed an apartment building. They were not reliable when setting apppointments at all. They would not show up 75% of the time. This would be really inconveniant when the tenants would take time off from work to meet the repair person and they would not show up. I was not happy with the service as well. They would come in and do the minimal work not repairing the problem or fixing the leak just so they would have to come out again so they could charge you for another service call. I eventually stopped using them.
