Addy Bassin's MacArthur Beverages Inc on MacArthur Blvd in DC is a great place if you like wine. The store is very unpretentious, which is a very good thing, and their prices are extremely reasonable. The staff here is very helpful and has never steered me in the wrong direction when I ask for a recommendation.
