Cable came loose on garage door, but it had been acting pretty crappy before that. Called this company after checking on google and they came over the same afternoon.
The cable came loose because the ball bearings in one of the drums had come out and had been causing the whole thing to be misaligned.
It was repaired quickly and everything was well explained.
Happy to give top rating and happy the damn door isn't stuck open. Tnx Arvada
