Good: The service contacts are very dependable. They call when they say they will; they call if anything changes. They communicate well in general. Repairs cost pretty close to the estimate. The repairs I have had done were done well.. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: A secure website to check progress of repairs/service would be a nice-to-have.. Other: I have used Performance for both routine and extensive service, including major work after an accident and ALWAYS have been very satisfied..
