I recently made an appointment for my 3 children to have Christmas pictures taken at Olan Mills. We had an 11:30 appointment and we didn't make it back to the studio until almost 1 o'clock. By this time you can imagine what kind of mood my 8 month old daughter was in... Our photographer's name was Joyce and she was terrible. She told me she "didn't have time" to entertain an 8 month old into smiling. She never offered to allow me to change their clothes or to change the background. The entire shoot took 10 minutes max and the pictures were a big disappointment. I recommend trying a different location or a different studio all together.
