This is a really great bakery and its longivety proves it. I cannot get over their bannana cake topped with whipped cream, great for those of us who do not like frosting. I came across their recipe once but it was not the same. when I made it I am told it is a good place to order wedding cakes and there are not many that actually taste this good, The bakery is in the old town part of Beaverton so it is a good stop while shopping on foot.
