The staff and management at Big 5 (2020 W Craig Rd) are what customer service is all about. They go above and beyond to help out their customers and even call their regulars by name. Because of their superior service, my husband buys all of his guns and fishing gear from Big 5 - Matt in particular really knows his stuff! The fact that Big 5 is consistantly less expensive than the competition helps, too.
