I just wanted to thank you for making my move out run smoothly and stress free!
I know the staff there has received a lot of “grief” from negative people who want to make everyone else as miserable as they are. I have lived in several apartments and there are just some things that are a part of “communal living” that you have to deal with. Personally, I’d rather not have to pay property taxes, mow my own lawn, or find trustworthy maintenance people; I guess that’s the difference between taking the negative vs. the positive outlook.
I never had a problem with the staff at Cool Springs and I even told my mom how sweet and helpful you were when I requested the move out checklist (the staff at other apartments I’ve lived in weren’t so nice with that request). I know being a property manager is not easy and I’m sorry more people don’t realize/appreciate everything you do. Thank you so much for always helping me! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
