The serviceman was very patient and knowledgeable. I know they are trying to make money but once he was here we kept hearing and you are going to need this and you are going to need this and you are going etc. The cost just kept going up. I recommend doing a lot of research before buying a new one to determine all the costs involved. The heater so far works great.
