I always take my cars to the dealership for service. While I was at Creiver MINI getting my wife’s Copper S an oil change they noticed that there was a nail in the tire. They immediately removed the wheel and fixed the hole. I had no idea what they were doing to I walked toward the Quick Lube bay and asked what was the problem. They told me I had a nail and they were going to fix it. I then asked why didn’t they consult me before doing it and there reply was perfect, “We don’t allow our customers to be jeopardized in any way while out on the road.” This dealer really does care about their customers. There a 10 in my book.
