I purchased a home with the intent of renting it and there was a foot and a half by one inch rip in the middle of the entry way of what was otherwise a perfectly good carpet. John came and repair it using i little piece of carpet from one of the closets and I can't even tell where the rip used to be. He was prompt and very resonably prices and he saved me the $2000-$3000 dollars it would have cost to replace all of the carpet.
