First of all, let me say that the service that was performed was great. With that being said, I feel that the guy could have been on time with the appointment. He was about 15 minutes late and I plan out every minute of my day! So I wasn’t thrilled about that! Good thing the guy was done faster than the hour he guessed it would take him, so I guess there was no harm done.
