I like the Pavilion because it has an old-fashioned feel - quirky architecture, murals on the walls, and generally a good selection of movies. On the other hand, it feels like a bit of a firetrap!! They often show the same movies as the bigger multi-plexes in Brooklyn and Manhattan but for just a bit cheaper. Beware of the matinees on weekends when a lot of kids may be in the theater (either with their parents, or teenagers on their own).
