Upon learning that we'd be relocating from San Francisco to Seattle, we made short work of finding a Realtor to help us in our search. After disastrous encounters with a few other "agents," Jennifer and I found one another through craigslist.org.
On our second official day of looking, she found us our absolute dream house. She listened to every.single.word we said about what we wanted in a home. She took mental note of what we liked and disliked in the homes we visited, but in the end none of that mattered because we were under contract and moved in within 28 days of her finding this house for us.
There is *so* much more to a realtor than just checking the MLS for available properties. Jennifer found us ONLY the homes that matched our profile, or had some characteristics of the we liked very much. She had detailed stop-by-stop maps prepared for us, and only took us into neighborhoods that fit our lifestyle and desires.
I can't say enough about the amazing experience we had working with her. She was involved (but not overly so) in every step of the process, did an incredible job of explaining things in terms laypeople can understand, her support team made us feel like we were her only client and she works literally around the clock.
I guarantee you will not find a more dedicated, honest, sincere, helpful, committed and customer-service driven realtor as this gal. She's one in a billion.
