Made an appointment to have Shane come out on a Saturday (at no extra cost!) to look at it. He's very personable, easy to work with, and knows his stuff. He had the cooktop out and found the issue (a loose wire) fairly quickly and had everything working and reinstalled within an hour or so. He'll be our first call should we have another appliance go out.
