I recently needed an appliance repair and called SOS. The job was done quickly, and at a reasonable charge. This is the second time I have called them, and the first time I appreciated that they were honest enough to tell me that I would be better off buying a new dishwasher than trying to repair my old one. I didn't like hearing that, but at least they didn't try to rip me off.
