The 2 showers in the house I just bought from bank had only cold water. We called Seale Plumber and Rooter Service Anaheim and they sent a plumber out who fixed the problem at a fraction of the cost of the other plumbing company I called. I also want to mention that the technician that answered the phone when I scheduled the service was very helpful explaining what repairs were needed in my case.
