After my husband passed away I was just terrified to go out vehicle shopping as he was the one who handled all of that stuff. Well, after doing some preliminary research online (Consumer Reports, etc) I was contacted by Rob Sheehan in response to an inquiry I submitted for my new Honda CR-V. He was awesome, the whole staff at Richardson was great to deal with! The best thing about the whole
experience is that Rob washes my CR-V whenever I'm in the area (they have a car wash, I had to pay for washes at the place I went to before Richardson) and always has time to answer my questions. A+ and keep up the good work.
