With a big name like H&R block you would think they are on top of the taxing business. However I was very disappointed with their service. I had taken my papers for getting the taxes done and the first thing this person does is yell out my personal info to another co-worker in front of other customers. He didn't get my basic info right even, something that he could look up on the W2. I walked off after an hour of frustration and upon complaining to the headquarters was equally disappointed with the customer service. Two thumbs down on this one.
