Mr. Laundryman Washer and Dryer repair dispatched to fix the problem. They were very good about calling me and setting up a time (at my convenience) to fix the problem. The gentleman showed up at the time appointed, fixed the problem tout suite and even reattached part that is always popping off. He then explained to me why it's always popping off. I appreciated that. He was neat, clean and left things the way they were. I was happy.
