We had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend their services to anyone at all. We placed our original order for 5 total windows in Sept 2010 and finally in April 2011 had our service completed. Only 2 windows were installed properly and without issues upon the initial installation. There was one of the remaining 3 windows that was the wrong window entirely and then the other 2 had broken locks. This company sent out a service tech 4 different occasions to fix the locks only to send them out with the wrong parts EACH time. They also continued to mess up by ordering the wrong window 2 additional times even after the sales rep came out to verify the type of window to be ordered. This company had no sense of urgency in completing their job and had poor communication and customer service all the way up the chain to the actual owner, Bruce, who was very rude. Only after speaking with the owner twice did he finally offer some sense of customer service appeasement by offering a $200 debit VISA card which barely even touched any percentage of the price we actually paid for these windows. This company overall took almost 7 months to replace 5 windows.......we could have built a house in that time! We were very unhappy with the service of this company and we are very patient customers overall. With multiple complaints and cencerns being made to the service techs and to the staff answering the phones, it took the last month for the owner to even get involved (by our request) and acknowledge there was a problem. He was unable to even report why the wrong locks were sent and could only comment that there was new staff resulting in the wrong window being ordered. The owner spoke very abrasively and had no remorse about the time frame that it took in order to complete our order. This company will never see our business again and hopefully anyone that reads this will also avoid going to America's Windows.
