OutToday.Com was the first company to call back. I went to an online reference site when I wanted to replace my water heater, and within 5 minutes I got a phone call. It was kind of cool to know that someone was there paying attention. They came out the same day to give an estimate and that afternoon we got the water heater in.
The other gentlemen who came to do the switch were fantastic. They were all very responsive to my questions. We talked about possibly doing some electrical work if I like their plumbing, and I would definitely call them again. They were very professional, and I felt comfortable having them in my home.
