Dr. Kootman is one of the best eye doctors I have ever been treated by. He explained everything in detail and was able to work around my hectic schedule. He has been practicing since the 80's and I plan on contacting him when I am ready for Lasik surgery. Would recommend him to anyone considering this operation as his facilities have been doing the procedure for many years.
