This company came with a good rep, and had some local TV reward for their work. But in my experience they are a complete distaster.
1. Installing a ridge vent with actually cutting the vent holes. Just pounded the vent on. Even I pointed that out. Then next day they ripped it off and overcut the vent, then just insalled shingles over the bare wood. Portions of the reinstalled venting was damaged.
2. Did not install the 150 feet of the valley flashing that was sitting in the driveway.
3. Resused old shingles on the bay window. I guess it was too tough to use new shingles!
4. Did I mention peeing down the roof even after I gave them access to the bathroom?
5. Did not bring enough tools. They ended up using stuff of mine: ext cords, ladders, wheelbarrow, and pushbroom (which they broke).
6. No supervisior, no one can speak english. When I had to go talk, they had to use a cell phone to find a translator. No wonder the work was not done right.
Avoid this company!
