We ordered an arrangement for my grandmother after my grandfathers death and it wad awful. It looked nothing like the one we ordered and we were embarrassed to have it on displayed. Once we called Elaine to express our displeasure, she was rude and unwilling to hear us out. She claimed it wad her best work and I'm sorry, but if that is her best work I don't know how she stays in business. It looked like a five year old picked random flowers and smashed them into a case. She then refused to be of any help and sat there like a stubborn, ignorant child. We will NEVER use her again. The only reason I gave her one star is because the website won't accept zero. She doesn't even deserve one star.
