I was disappointed with an experience I had with the U-Haul store on Atlas Court. The location is near Dream Lanes. I was helping an elderly friend move, on the west side of Madison. She called the U-Haul on Atlas Court, and they informed her that they were the closest store. It seemed to me that the employee was willing to be less than truthful to someone that did not know the difference in order to make a sale. It was very inconvenient for me to pick up and return the truck to that location.
