Stereotyped Mexican food is abundant in Boulder. Good Mexican food is hard to find. One exception: The Terrace Maya on North Broadway. Fresh ingredients, including jalepeno peppers that are actually firm and colorful, and homemade salsa. Burritos and enchiladas were excellent. Bonus: Live music.
