I was injured in an auto accident and needed medical treatment beyond the initial emergency room visit. I had seen their commercial hundreds of times and decided to call and set up a consultation. I was very impressed at how thorough and organized they were. They kept me informed by mail of the status of the case and what i should expect next. I mainly dealt with paralegals but they were very competant. They also don't charge up front, so that was nice.
