when I go into hollywood video it is always clean in there. sometimes they have the movies blaring a little loud. The staff is real nice in trying to help you find the movies that you don't quit know the name of. They also will give you the opinion or information on a move if you ask them. I have taken there advice on some of the movies that I was not sure of and have been happy with the selection.
