The Sant Barbara Court House is a magnificent building that was constructed in 1925. Located downtown, the large Mediterranean-Spanish building can be seen for miles. We took an elevator that goes up to an observation deck that gave us a 360 degree panoramic view of Santa Barbara. It was breathtaking. Be sure to bring a camera!
