Good: Well to start with, they had very fair prices. I have called other carpet cleaning companies in and around Olympia and their prices were double and even triple what Gross Busters charges. I also like that they have a competent receptionist who was able to work with my busy military/single dad schedule. They are just a 2 person cleaning team which is nice because I felt like they cared about the work they did. They gave me a military discount which is always nice.... Other: If you are considering hiring a carpet cleaner I recommend them. They use some type of power cleaning tool (I don't remember what its called) but it impressed me. They have a "rewards program" which is basically a refer 3, get a free cleaning, or use them 3 times and get a free cleaning. I have already referred 2 friends so I am only 1 away from a freebie!!!! I haven't found a better carpet cleaner in Olympia. Overall I give them a 5/5 stars because my carpet and truck interior look spotless!.
