I really didn't have much to base any reviews of this company on until my son took his bike in to have it fixed. Being a young teen who seems to think his bike is built somewhat similar to Monster Trucks or Construction vehicles he finally took his bike to the extremes. The bike, mind you, wasn't very old. Knowing that the bike was fairly new and not wanting to bite the bullet for a new bike I told him to take it over to Frontier Bike. I was prepared for the worse. He took it over, explained to the guy what he needed done and asked for a price. Amazingly the price was extremely reasonable. While we did have to wait for parts to be ordered, they took the bike in and repaired it exactly as they were directed to do. This means something as there were other 'broken' items on the bike that weren't necessary for the use of the bike and we didn't have to have done. They could have just as easily gone ahead and done the extra work and held the bike, believe me I have seen this done at other shops where they swear the kid said to fix it all!
I give them an A+ for their ability to fix just about any bike and being knowledgeable about the bike and it's needs. I also give them an A+ on their honesty and integrity. While they were a little on the slow side, I was more than willing to wait for good, honest service. It truly reminded me of days gone by when you simply got this type of service... it was expected.
