We have our mortgage and home equity line of credit through Capitol Federal Savings. Our loan officer, Bryan Redmond, has always gone the extra mile to help us out with any requests we might have. We recently put our house on the market and were able to get a pre-approval rate of 5.75, which was much less than anyone else could offer us.
Their lobby hours are a little difficult to remember because they aren't standard, but their service makes up for it!
